Exchange and return policy :

EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY: 
To be eligible for a exchange, the garment must be in unused and unworn condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
We will accept exchanges for any size issue if you raise a request within 2 business days.
Initiate the Query: To initiate a query, please contact our customer support team at support@backkbencherz.com 

Packaging: Please ensure that the garment is securely packaged with all original tags and packaging included.

Logistics Assistance: BACKKBENCHERZ will provide assistance with the logistics for the exchange. Our designated courier partner will arrange a pickup from the address where the garment was delivered.

Damaged or Defective Garment: If you receive a damaged or defective garment, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges incurred.
In case of a damaged product received we will process the refund after receiving the order and reviewing it within 5 to 7 business days. Via UPI or Account transfer.
